I needed a new serpentine installed, Uggh! I didn't know where to go, so I just Googled 'Auto Repair Des Moines Iowa' . All Auto Repair was one of the first ones to be listed. They had a 'text' option for contact. So I just texted, "Would you have time to put on a drive belt (serpentine belt) on a 1993 Ford Ranger? I know, old truck 😂 About 3 minutes later, I get a text. "Yes we can." He texted me that he could order the belt and have it there when i get there. Sarcastically, I thought, yeah, sure, right, it'll already be there. I brought a new belt with me, but it turned out to be the wrong size!!! A delay that was my fault. The manager went into his office and ordered the correct belt. Put it on when came and I was done in waaaaaaay less time than I thought it was going to take ( this was the owner doing this FYI)...it was one of my days off, so I was extremely appreciative of that!! Thank you All Auto!!!!!! Ophelia John 😁 A new customer !!

On 8/31/2026 sharon Moore had this to say:
I was very satisfied with the service I received at this auto repair shop. The manager/owner was courteous, honest, and took good care of my vehicle. After an engine replacement, an issue came up involving a part that had been damaged and needed to be replaced. They stood behind their work, replaced the part, and did not charge me for it. I truly appreciated how they handled the situation and made it right. It is reassuring to find a repair shop that treats customers fairly and takes responsibility for their work. I will definitely return and would definitely recommend them.

Had to get my vehicle towed on a Friday evening and this was the closest shop to where my car needed serviced. Before Monday was over, they had the problem diagnosed, priced, and the issue corrected before the day was over. They were professional, communicative, kind, and precise.
